Cenareo assists French Tech start-up Believe with its internal communications

28/6/2022

Believe, one of the world leaders in the digital music market, is dedicated to supporting artists and independent labels by offering digital solutions tailored to their evolving needs at every stage of their development, and places its employees and artists at the heart of its strategy. The French Tech nugget, which will go public in June 2021, has very quickly accelerated its international development, now bringing together over 1,500 employees in more than 50 countries.

To transform the music industry and create new synergies around the world, Believe needs to make the commitment of its teams a priority. To achieve this, the group is developing transparent and innovative internal communications based on a passion for music and diversity. For example, Cenareo is used to control some twenty screens at the Paris head office, called Konect, a key first step in generating engaging communication for the site's 500 employees.

For service Believe's internal communications, the communication screens are a real relay of information and a vector of commitment within the Paris offices. Spread over the 6 floors of the building and in the cafeterias, the horizontal and vertical screens keep employees and visitors informed through a medium perfectly in tune with their DNA and their market: digital, attractive and dynamic, enhancing their core business.

A wealth of information is disseminated and updated weekly by the internal communications team:

  • Playlists of artists distributed by Believe with a QR code to listen to them directly on your smartphone
  • Excerpts from Believe artists' latest videos and releases to encourage teams to consult them on the intranet.
  • Various internal and external company events (breakfasts, conferences, afterwork sessions, special days, etc.)
  • Subscribers and publications from Believe's LinkedIn and Instagram communities to encourage employees to subscribe and interact.

Believe chose Cenareo for its ergonomic design and speed of implementation service and use.

The main criteria for Charlotte Garin, Global Internal Comm. Senior Lead, was the ease of use, ergonomics and flexibility offered by the Cenareo solution. Unlike their previous solution, Cenareo enables Believe to easily manage all media formats and resolutions, and to deliver content to the right screens at the right times, thanks to its numerous delivery criteria and integrated intelligent algorithm.

In less than a week after our GO, all the screens at our Konect head office were equipped with the new solution and functional. It took less than two hours for my team to get to grips with the tool and broadcast high-impact communication campaigns to our 500 employees. We've had very positive feedback from our teams on our internal screen-based communications.
