To recruit, video is becoming, like us, the new format preferred by companies in 2019. Why is this format popular right now?

 

The ideal format

While the handwritten job description is convenient to be distributed on many platforms, so is a video recruitment offer. There are a large number of job offers on specialized sites, so you have to stand out from the others. Video is the ideal format to make your business stand out among competitors.

Arriving at a job offer and coming face to face with a video will help the candidate understand your company and the offer offered. A clear and concise explanation of the company and the missions to be carried out will save candidates time. During their interviews, video will be the main topic of conversation.

 

Opt for short formats

Who says video says summary of something. The aim of the video is to Pass on as much information as possible In one minimum of time. Instead of describing a to-do list, explain them in your video using keywords. A video of about one minute is equivalent to about one and a half pages of text.

So be careful not to make your video last long. Be aware that the average attention span of a video is a bit less than a minute.
