Cenareo acquires EasyMovie
Paris - July 10th 2023 - Cenareo, a key player in the digital signage market, announces the acquisition of video creation gem EasyMovie thereby completing its solutions targeting large accounts.
Over the past 3 years, Cenareo has focused its efforts on signing major international accounts using the eponymous solution for the management of their internal communication (SNCF, Axa, Engie, Spie) and their communication in points of sale (Saint Gobain, Boulanger, Fitness Park, Celio); the distribution of strategic content being carried out on physical screens placed in their offices or points of sale.
The company became profitable in 2022, presented a new product called Flex that same year, allowing the broadcast of communications within the digital workplaces of its clients and an initial stake in The Playlist, publisher of sound animation software in points of sale in order to offer an audio broadcast beyond video broadcasting.
The acquisition of EasyMovie marks a new milestone for Cenareo: the group's software will provide companies around the world with the opportunity to act on their strategic communication in video: from pre-production to production via online distribution, in digital workplaces and on screens located in offices or points of sale.
The company has been operating in promising markets since 2021, corporate video and digital signage represented 18 and 25 billion dollars respectively with an average annual growth in double digits (12% and 16%).
The newly formed group has over 75 employees on 3 continents with teams in New York, Paris, Toulouse and Tunis.
