Paris - July 10, 2023 - Cenareo, a key player in the screen communication market, announces the acquisition ofEasyMovie, pioneer of corporate engagement video and aims to become the leader in strategic communication software focused mainly on video for internal and external communication.
A dynamic of growth and consolidation
Created in 2012, Cenareo develops software solutions to support the communication strategies of major international groups. Its software is used as much to support communication in points of sale via retail media (Saint Gobain, Boulanger, Fitness Park, Celio) as for internal communication with the aim of employee engagement (SNCF, Axa, Axa, Engie, Spie).
In the same year, the company, which became profitable in 2022, presented a new product called Flex, allowing the distribution of communications in its customers' digital workplaces, then an initial stake in La Playlist, a publisher of sound animation software in points of sale, in order to offer audio broadcasting beyond video broadcasting.
This takeover is a first step towards the establishment of a group via a build-up strategy. Our ambition is to become a leader in strategic communication software in Europe, and this acquisition is one of the first building blocks.
David Keribin, CEO of Cenareo
