Paris - July 10, 2023 - Cenareo, a key player in the on-screen communication market, announces the acquisition ofEasyMoviea pioneer in corporate engagement video, with the ambition of becoming the leader in strategic communication software, focusing primarily on video for internal and external communication.
A dynamic of growth and consolidation
Founded in 2012, Cenareo develops software solutions to support the communication strategies of major international groups. Its software is used both to support point-of-sale communication via retail media (Saint Gobain, Boulanger, Fitness Park, Celio) and for internal communication with a focus on employee engagement (SNCF, Axa, Engie, Spie).
The company, which became profitable in 2022, presented a new product called Flex the same year, enabling communications to be broadcast in its customers' digital workplaces. It then acquired its first stake in La Playlist, a publisher of point-of-sale sound animation software, in order to offer audio broadcasting in addition to video broadcasting.
This acquisition is the first step in our build-up strategy. Our ambition is to become a leader in strategic communication software in Europe, and this acquisition is one of the first building blocks.
