Top corporate videos!

January 17, 2019

It's been a while since we've shared any of our success stories. To end the week on a high note, here are three videos that made us laugh, surprised, impressed, moved... In short, the crème de la crème of corporate videos.

Just about any subject in the world can be the subject of a video. Just try to restrain yourself if you have nothing more to teach your colleagues than that you bought three pairs of flip-flops in a thrift shop in the twentieth arrondissement... Unless it's part of a promotion. Then it becomes a"bon plan" video, and it would be a shame not to share the address. Take a look at these three uses of video communication.

CSR actions.

D3 - an American company specializing in LED signage - had the superb idea of promoting its CSR actions on video. The letters R, S and E stand for"Corporate Social Responsibility". The stakes are increasingly high these days, as ecological awareness grows among households and, by extension, among employees. The lighting specialists so beloved of our dear Boris have turned their attention to recycling and used video to optimize its daily practice.

This is a great example of internal communication, answering the needs of all those who hesitate when it comes to choosing which bin to put an empty yoghurt container in. The use of video is relevant because it shows the decision-making process visually. So it can be understood by anyone. Even those who chose English LV8 in high school.

 Events

Video for your events is a bit like salt for your French fries: a necessity! The PwC Group - a network of companies specializing in auditing, accounting and consulting services for businesses - understands this. That's why they made a dynamic, effective video during the TGE rugby tournament for grandes écoles, of which they are the main sponsor. This video enabled them to look back on the highlights and keep a record of the festive, relaxed atmosphere.

The best thing about their video is undoubtedly the square format. A format that focuses on the people on screen and their feelings, rather than the places visited. What's more, it's the key format on social networks, making videos all the more viral.

Alumni

Let's stay with schools and student presentations. Laura has already explained this to you in a tutorial. Video is the ideal way for schools to encourage the recruitment of their students. ISG - International Business School - took advantage of the audiovisual medium to present a former student who was able to realize her dreams by going abroad. She was able to put her plans into action, and the school gave her the floor to advise and guide current students. Take a look!
