Despite a year marred by the pandemic, Cenareo continued to grow in 2020, increasing sales by 30% to 3 million euros. This momentum is underpinned by the need to accelerate the digital transformation of major groups.

Our growth is supported by solid public and private partners (BPI France, Caphorn Invest), by our investment in innovation (35% of revenues) and by our R&D team, which represents 45% of our workforce.

The creation of a Customer Success team dedicated to key accounts

Cenareo has positioned itself more than ever as a true partner for communicators. The company has been created in response to a growing need on the part of its customers for advice and support to help them achieve their business objectives.

This team will help maximize usage so that each customer achieves its communication objectives: employee engagement, generating point-of-sale traffic...

This new division will be strengthened this year with the arrival of new talent.

Cenareo is also planning to open around ten new positions over the first 2 half-years in order to consolidate its sales and R&D teams.

Optimizing screen use and performance

Cenareo is working to develop a metric specific to this medium. The aim is to provide companies with levers for optimizing performance their on-screen communication strategy.

We're looking to create a new standard in the screen communications market, to help communicators measure performance their investment. Every communication tool has its own KPIs, something that is lacking in the world of screens. Yet this data is absolutely essential for analyzing performance and the ROI of screens.

Adapting technology to manage remote communication

Because our customers' needs have evolved in a context of unprecedented crisis, and the issue of telecommuting has become a business issue, Cenareo is considering a new proposal to enable our customers to reach and maintain contact with employees who juggle between face-to-face and telecommuting.

We want to adapt communication to new uses, such as telecommuting. We've been working on this since the 1st confinement, and we'll soon be able to respond with an adapted solution.

Putting screen media at the heart of corporate communication strategies

The solution's evolutions will focus on content contextualization for fine-tuned management of large screen fleets, but will also bring more support and deployment possibilities.

Cenareo puts its R&D at service to enhance interconnectivity with business tools within the company, to integrate more easily with the digital content management and automation solutions of major groups, as well as a more "glocal" vision of the use of screen media.

With Cenareo , multi-site brands will be able to push forward national communications, while allowing local communicators to integrate contextual elements.
