Our priority: helping our customers manage crises

20/4/2020

At a time like this, good communication and dissemination of best practices are essential. That's why we adapt our products and services to the situation. Whether for internal or external communication, we are committed to helping our customers manage a health crisis, so that they can better communicate with their customers and employees.

To this end, we have made visual content and videos available free of charge on our platform, so that they too can inform.

  • Official government videos are freely accessible from the platform and available for both vertical and horizontal screens.

  • To enable customers to create their own prevention messages, a new template has been specially added to the platform.

  • Thanks to our partnership with upsanté.net, a new feed dedicated to health news is now available. Every day, this feed broadcasts two new health news briefs: "Sleep and confinement", "Virus lifetime on surfaces". So many questions that anyone can ask!
  • A Chrome extension that transforms the web browser into a continuous source of Covid-19-related information. The aim? To ensure that all necessary and useful information to protect against the virus is relayed to teleworkers. Every day, it relays to all employees official prevention messages, health news and the right gestures to adopt.

Find all these new features in your management area.

For customers who are unable to use their screens due to store and business closures, we offer alternative solutions:

  • For screens located in retail outlets: turn off the screens by configuring the closing times directly from the platform to reduce their energy consumption=> For the tutorial, click here !

  • For screens visible from the street: broadcast communications adapted to the health crisis to contribute to the national effort and avoid black screens.
