Cenareo adds Google Avis to digital signage

May 18, 2020

Any Cenareo customer can now easily add Google reviews to their screens. The latter will then display the comments written about them on Google. Broadcast in a loop on one or more screens, Social Wall-style , or integrated into a broadcast program, this new content feed joins the collection of feeds and integrations already offered by Cenareo.

Cenareo 's mission is to help brands create a dialogue with their audience. But to transform digital signage into a conversational medium, it was important to give consumers a voice. And that's why we've integrated this new feature.

Customer reviews are the most powerful form of marketing ; positive reviews have the power to convert prospects into customers, and customers into a community. By adding Google reviews to our library of available content, we empower our customers to communicate seamlessly with their audience and integrate their customers into their communication.

Improving brand image through social trust.

For retailers, the ability to highlight customer reviews has a considerable impact on visitor confidence. Reading a positive review at an opportune moment, for example when a prospect is walking past a shop window or waiting for a salesperson, can determine whether he or she will walk through the door or take a closer look.

Research shows that 76% of consumers trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation*.

In the workplace: creating a link between internal and external stakeholders

In terms of internal communication, beyond their reassuring power for visitors, candidates and suppliers, it's above all for employees that customer reviews have an added value. Genuine and transparent, Google reviews reflect reality on the ground and, when positive, are a source of motivation and recognition for employees.
