Cenareo equips Etam and Undiz boutiques across Europe

Strengthen brand image across Europe

Already integrated into the new flagship store inaugurated on November 9, 2019 on rue Halévy, and into a number of stores in the network, the Cenareo solution will be deployed on all new store openings for the Etam and Undiz brands in Europe. As a reminder, the Etam group has 1,429 points of sale in 55 countries.

This new key partnership is part of the ETAM group's strategy to strengthen the image of its brands across Europe, already pioneers of phygital in the retail world.

Great stories to tell

With committed and engaging communication campaigns aimed at their customers, and innovations such as the Etam Connect loyalty program, the group has no shortage of pretty stories to share. Cenareo gives these 2 brands the power to create an infinite number of scenarios for broadcasting these messages on in-store and window screens, according to their broadcasting context.

With this collaboration, we are fully focused on the in-store experience to engage and retain our customers. The solution proposed by Cenareo meets both our needs for easy, rapid deployment across many countries, and our needs in the field, i.e. to have an easy-to-use solution for broadcasting content to all screens in the park.

The system in place

We worked hand in hand with the Etam group and the content creation agency Retail Media.
The particularity of the group's stores is that each boutique is equipped with different screen formats, for seamless integration of digital into the scenography.
This means that communication campaigns and content have to be tailored to suit each screen format, of which there are around twenty.
